The Project Approach Model

I have engaged in the field of education since my undergraduate majoring in science education, so I’m interested in cooperative learning by using scientific methods. At first, I thought that the project approach could be learned only science subjects. Because learning the project approach is used investigating, drawing from observation, constructing models, observing closely and recording findings, exploring, predicting, and discussing and dramatizing their new understandings (Chard, 1998).  All of these methods can cause me think that the project approach should be taught in science discipline.   In contrast, the project approach  is one of teaching strategies that allows learners to study a topic in depth and to relate it to the real world; teachers have the opportunity to tie in various curriculum areas to the project's theme that reveal all of disciplines.
